Our Broker in Charge, and VP of Sales at Woodside Development,
Mike has been a consummate real estate professional since 1970.
Mike specializes in retirement real estate, and he understands
the complexities of the major decision his clients are working
through. He also takes the other half of the transaction seriously – the
responsibilities of the developer to produce the total package
of quality construction, value, beauty and security for the
new homebuyer. Every employee of Woodside understands, and
is thankful, that Woodside Development can produce this level
of quality for their clients, and Mike says that shows in the
way they treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
A native of nearby Augusta, Ga., Dianna is nearing a decade
of real estate experience. At Woodside Development for almost
six of those years, Dianna is a motivating force in the sales
team and her enthusiasm for her career shows through in her
constantly upbeat and supportive personality. Dianna recently
gave in to the beauty and charm of historic Aiken and purchased
a home of her own here. She loves people and is dedicated to
helping them find their perfect homesite where they will watch
their dream home come to life. Dianna loves what she does and
it shows – because almost all of her business comes from
people who bought a homesite from her in the past and who keep
bringing their family and friends to meet her!
Kenneth has lived in Aiken for 30 years and that intimate
knowledge of the town and its diverse groups has become a major
asset for his real estate clients. He joined his mother as
a Woodside sales associate in 1995, and he learned from her
to constantly go the extra mile for his clients, doing everything
he can to make their move as easy and as enjoyable as it possibly
can be. This sincere concern is rewarded almost daily as his
new friends bring their friends to him, and to Woodside.
Born in Ft. Wayne, Ind., Hal is a graduate of the Citadel,
with a B.S. in Business Administration. Hal has had a remarkable
career, or should that be, careers. He started as a pilot in
the United States Air Force, including two years of service
in Vietnam; and he then served as a pilot for Eastern Air Lines.
Hal later became a senior sales executive with Xerox Corporation
and for the past 17 years he has worked in real estate sales
and management in the Midwest and Southeast. Hal is married
with three children and six grandchildren.
Sam brings 27 years of dedicated real estate sales experience
to his position at Woodside, always helping couples to make
the best decisions they can on their new lives here in Aiken.
Sam has helped over 1,000 families reach their dreams at award
winning communities in both South Carolina and Florida. We are
proud to announce that Sam was awarded the prestigious award as
"Sales Agent of The Year for 2007".
Ann is a native of the Augusta/Aiken area
and one of Aiken's favorite people. She's been in sales at
Woodside since it opened in 1986 and she is known as an ambassador around the community. Ann is the mother
of three daughters, two of whom married PGA touring professionals,
and they've given her six grand children. Between her job and
active family, she finds time to enjoy all the amenities of
Aiken and Woodside.
Prior to joining Woodside
sales team, Wally was actively involved in Hilton Head Island
real estate for the past 26 years. During that period,
besides being one of the leading sales people in that area, he
owned and managed several real estate companies and was
responsible for marketing and sales for several major
development projects. Prior to his arrival to Hilton Head,
he was a financial consultant, a senior corporate executive, and
an officer in the US Marine Corp. He is supported by his
wife Phyllis and is blessed with three children and seven
grandchildren.
Licensed in real estate since 1992; Gail brings many years of
experience to Woodside. Most of her career has been spent in the
new construction field, enjoying seeing her customers dreams
come to life. Customer service is her number one priority. Born
and raised in Chicago then moving to Michigan and Nebraska, Gail
and her husband Bob decided it was time to leave the cold and
snow behind for an opportunity to spend more time on the golf
course and enjoy other outdoor activities. After considering
many other warm weather options; they chose Aiken and have come
to realize that their decision was the most amazing thing they
could have done for themselves.
