When you walk through the magnificent old trees lining the entryway to Hopeland Gardens, you will immediately feel as through you have crossed into another world. Beauty surrounds you everywhere you look in this treasure found a mile from Downtown Aiken. Not only will you encounter ponds and wetlands, flowerbeds and magnolia trees, fountains and old homes, but you will also see amphitheaters and full museums. The Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame, the Dollhouse and the Carriage Museum are all located within Hopeland Gardens.
