The Reserve Club announced its 6th Annual Generations Charity Golf Classic & Auction to be hosted on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at The Reserve Club. The Generations Charity Golf Classic was created to honor the memory of Club members who passed away during the preceding year. Each year, the proceeds from the event are donated to a local charity in the names of the tournament honorees.  This year’s charity of choice is a trust for “Scotty’s Kids,” a trust created by Aiken Public Safety.

The Reserve Club is a special place thanks to its extraordinarily caring members who donate many hours of their time and dollars from their pockets to the local Aiken community.  The Generations Charity Golf Classic & Auction is one of several events hosted by The Reserve Club each year benefiting local charitable and civic organizations.  Because it was created to honor its members, this event is a favorite of the Club’s family of membership.

This year’s event will include 30 foursomes and begins with the Kickoff Breakfast.  Each foursome will be joined by an Aiken Public Safety officer or staff member.  In addition to the tournament, there will be prizes and a Celebration Dinner and Auction.  Members who would like to play in this year’s tournament are urged to sign up quickly – foursomes are filled in record time for this event!  The Celebration Dinner and Auction is open to all members, golfers and non-golfers alike!
